About

chakra-chartAyurveda…

is a tried and true low-tech remedy for the many problems of a high-tech world. This ancient wisdom relies on diet, lifestyle modification, herbs, aromatherapy, sound therapy, color therapy, body therapy, yoga and meditation to foster and maintain a state of health and happiness.

Positively Ayurvedic…

is Ayurveda American-style. We take the time-tested principles of Ayurveda and integrate them into the daily routine of busy parents, breadwinners and people in transition. We help patients who are sick alleviate the cause of their problems, not just their symptoms, and we teach healthy patients how to remain so.

Ayurveda and Arbonne

connect healthy lifestyle habits with products you can truly feel good about. Arbonne is a manufacturer of vegan cosmetics, bath and body products, and a wellness line of products for individuals who need products with ingredients and results they can trust. Positively Ayurvedic elected to carry the Arbonne line after researching the many dangerous and unappealing chemicals found in ordinary brands, including many xenoestrogens (or ninja estrogens as we like to call them) which create hormonal imbalances in the body by simulating the effects of estrogen. With over 450 products from which to choose, Positively Ayurvedic welcomes the opportunity to provide patients Ayurvedic guidance on Arbonne products, as well as many other books and household items.

“Now every day is a journey into deeper self-understanding and the magic of seeing it unfold. I credit Ayurveda with saving my sanity and giving me the purpose I was seeking. I feel privileged and honored to guide my patients on a similar journey into self-discovery and health.”
