Thursday, October 11 – 6:00-8:00 pm – Joint Pain Prevention & Management

Ayurveda teaches that there are three different types of joint pain leading to arthritis  – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each is treated differently. Let clinical ayurvedic specialist, Karen Callahan, walk you through the diagnostic cues to help you determine which kind you have.

More importantly, Ayurveda has 5,000 years of experience in preventing and minimizing the symptoms of joint pain, which range from stiffness when getting up to debilitating pain and immobility. Take two hours to understand what causes arthritis from both the Western and Ayurvedic perspectives, and learn the basic life changes you can make to help prevent this disease from ever slowing you down.

We need at least 10 registrants to move forward with this workshop, so please register early! Tuesday, Oct. 9 is the cutoff.
